Mary Grace Wolnski is a painter living and working in New York City.

Trained in classical and contemporary dance, she carries the language of the body to painting; gesture, rhythm, and embodied instinct alive and driven into paint.

Her work began in Birmingham, Alabama in 2012 and has since been shaped by classical training in drawing, painting, and sculpture in Florence, Italy and Baltimore, Maryland and abstraction and land inquiry in Edinburgh, Scotland.

She has exhibited in solo and group shows across the southeastern United States and New York City, with work held in private collections throughout the country.
